- Luke Borders went 2-for-4 with  a triple and two RBIs and Kevin Merrell went 2-for-4 with two runs scored as USF beat North Florida 4-2 for its 30th win of the season. The Bulls bullpen combined to throw 4.2 innings of shutout ball with nine strikeouts to hold on to the victory.

- Cincinnati beat Wright State in the consolation game of the Joe Nuxhall Classic by a score of 4-2. R.J. Thompson led the Bearcats at the plate going 2-for-3 with a solo home run and drawing a walk. The Bearcats used a three-run bottom of the fourth to take control of the game with the Raiders.

- Tulane used a seven-run fifth inning highlighted by a grand slam from Hunter Hope to beat Southern Miss 10-8. Things got tight for the Green Wave after taking a 10-3 lead as Southern Miss cut the lead to two but Christian Colletti picked up his fifth save of the year finishing the last 1.2 innings allowing only one hit, no runs and picking up a strike out.

- Memphis only mustered one hit, a single by Chris Carrier in a 2-0 loss to Arkansas. Chad Spanberger's two-run home run in the fifth inning was the only blemish on an otherwise strong performance from Alex Hicks. Hicks went six innings, allowed six hits and struck out six batters but picked up his fourth loss of the season.
